Returns & Exchange Policy
At SWRV, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to make it right.
Exchange Policy:
We accept exchange requests within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
We do not offer refunds,exchanges can be made for a different size, color, or an alternative item of equal value.
In case the requested item is out of stock, store credit will be issued.
We gladly offer exchanges in the following situations:
Incorrect size or color.
Received a torn or defective piece.
Exchanges will not be accepted if:
The item has been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
The request is made after 7 days of delivery.
The product was purchased on sale or during a clearance/final sale.

Please include your order number, reason for exchange, and relevant photos (if applicable). Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return process.
Please Note:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We currently do not offer pickup services. You’ll need to courier the item back to us.
